Delivery and AOG

Allaero's support service extends beyond our office hours of 08.30 - 17.30 (GMT) Monday to Friday, through our AOG Service for grounded Customers. Your part requirements can be checked for latest stock positions on this mobile friendly website 24 hours a day.

Any part ordered outside our office hours, over weekends or on public holidays can be made available for despatch within the hour to anywhere in the world. Allaero can organise delivery through a number of different options from airline 'next available flight' service, personal hand carry to specialist courier or any other transport depending on the Customer's requirements.

AOG requirements should be phoned through to our main number which will then transfer to the AOG desk. Email correspondence is monitored every hour, if your requirement is AOG please make that clear on the email.

Our AOG service carries a surcharge of $250.00 per order for all orders processed and despatched outside office hours.

Hazardous goods

Allaero staff are well versed with, and fully trained for, handling goods classified as hazardous. Therefore we are able to undertake Hazardous packing in-house to save on both time and costs. Furthermore Allaero do not charge for any packaging, including hazardous packing, although special ATA transit crates are chargeable if not returned.

Please note however that goods deemed as hazardous take longer to deliver than routine parts because of transport restrictions of such goods by road and air.
