Repaero

Repaero is Allaero’s in-house EASA, CAA and FAA approved Part 145 repair station that provides specialist maintenance, overhaul, and testing services for a wide range of aircraft components.

Established in 2018 and operating from its own purpose-built workshops adjacent to Allaero at Hawker House near London Gatwick Airport, Repaero’s capability has continued to expand from its original aircraft battery repair and overhaul service to include products in the following Ratings,

  • C5. Electrical
  • C6. Equipment
  • C13. Indicating/Recording.
  • C18. Protection Ice/Rain/Fire.

With a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, Repaero supports Operators, MROs, and FBOs with a fast turnaround, highly reliable component repair and overhaul solutions.

In 2024, Allaero became one of the first stockists in business aviation to offer online buying for aircraft parts. This development forms part of Allaero’s wider digital transformation strategy and reflects the company’s commitment to improving customer experience and modernising procurement accessibility.

Through their online portal, registered account holders can now access a comprehensive suite of tools designed to streamline aircraft parts sourcing and after sales support. These include the ability to:
