This part number will be empty as nitrogen needs to be filled when fitted to the aircraft. If you choose standard exchange, and your core is older than 11 years from the date of manufacture, or there is physcial damage, or the unit is leaking, then you will be supplementary billed $7,000 to cover the cost of replacing the cylinder. If you choose flat rate exchange then the cost of replacing an expired/damaged cylinder, or one that is older than 11 years old, is covered.
